Anyway, I saw this great episode on The Food Network during early Jan, right after I get back from winter break. And there are a few recipes that showed really wonderful to try. So I went out and gathered the ingredients, most of them various spcies, last weekend. Well, the dish turn out to be great. I mean, it wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but it works great on salads and is very easy to make. And even better, one of the spcies I get for the dish is garlic powder. So not only am I happy because I have managed to find another good recipe, but also because I have discovered the wonders of garlic powders. Isn't it awesome? Now I can add garlic power to more of my dishes. Yum yum.

Now all I have got to do is find more recipes that have garlic powder as one of its ingredients. And if all turned out well, maybe I will even go out and buy the huge bottle of garlic powders. Life is quite wonderful!
